Randonnée linéaire totale de 5.4 km vous menant à un sommet en cap rocheux offrant une vue magnifique sur Groton State Forest et sur les monts Breaf loaf, OwlsHead, Ellen et Spruce. Un sentier facile à suivre débutant sur un large chemin forestier qui se rétrécira au fur et à mesure de votre entrée en montagne. Aucune difficulté technique.
Il est possible d'allonger votre randonnée en effectuant une boucle de14 km avec un gain en altitude de 630 m avec les monts Little Deer et OwlsHead. Les indications pour effectuer cette boucle sont facile à suivre.

Total linear hike of 5.4 km leading you to a rocky cape summit offering a magnificent view of Groton State Forest and the Breaf loaf, OwlsHead, Ellen and Spruce mountains. An easy to follow trail starting on a wide logging road that will narrow as you enter the mountain. No technical difficulty.
It is possible to extend your hike by completing a 14 km loop with an elevation gain of 630 m with the Little Deer and OwlsHead mountains. The directions for doing this loop are easy to follow.
