Une randonnée linéaire de 5,3 km (3.3 miles) à ne pas négliger.
Depuis le début du sentier, le chemin traverse sous l'autoroute via deux tunnels avant de commencer sa montée. Gardez un œil sur les tâches d'un bleu flamboyant sur les rochers et les arbres pour trouver votre chemin.
La montée sera soutenue bien que progressive et le dénivelé sera atténué par des portions en lacets. Quelques roches à gravir, parfois bien aménagées. Traversant quelques ruisseaux par des roches et passerelles, le sentier sous un haut couvert forestier mixte vous mènera jusqu'à un sommet en cap rocheux offrant une vue incroyable sur les montagnes blanches environnantes. Explorer le sommet jusqu'au bout afin d'avoir une vue impressionnante sur les monts Liberty et Flume qui vous apparaitront si proches !
Un endroit idéal pour observer les couleurs à l'automne.

A linear hike of 5.3 km (3.3 miles) not to be overlooked.
From the trailhead, the path crosses under the highway via two tunnels before beginning its climb. Keep an eye out for the fiery blue spots on the rocks and trees to find your way.
The climb will be sustained although gradual and the difference in height will be attenuated by switchbacks. Some rocks to climb, sometimes well laid out. Crossing a few streams by rocks and footbridges, the trail under a high mixed forest canopy will take you to a rocky cape summit offering incredible views of the surrounding White Mountains. Explore the summit to the end to have an impressive view of the Liberty and Flume mountains which will appear so close to you!
